I was totally disappointed my room had bed bugs. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED staff THEY REFUSED TO come to checkTHE ROOM. THEY did not want to come to check the room. I WAS TOTALLY DISCUSSED. I did not want to stay in a place where there is a bed bug infestation. I HAVE SEVERAL VIDEOS HOWEVER THIS SURVEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD........I HAVE PROOF.....
