The mattresses were very soft and/or worn out. On our floor, there definitely seemed to be rooms occupied not by guests, but by longer-term tenants. The complimentary breakfast was among the sparsest and most pre-packaged of anywhere I've ever stayed.

The breakfast was fantastic, front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
Pillows were mush Fitness center was unkept. No towels, both treadmills did not work, there was a piece of a treadmill laying on the floor. One of the reasons we chose this location was because of the fitness center, which was a major disappointment.
