way too crowded in such a small space. really couldn't get to anything at all given how crowded and disrespectful and ignorance of those people in the area that just had to fill their pockets and get to everything, so we went to a diner. that was a big disappointment.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times over the last few years. about a half dozen times over the past few years and I have found the staff to be above and beyond helpful, generous, friendly and focused on making my time there comfortable and easy. it has become the only place I stay when I come to that area two or three times a year.
