Positives:
Fair price, spacious room, cleanand neat room, well-lit parking lot, close by with other shops and gas station, nice staffs.
Negatives:
The hotel smells, the room has strong smell to mask the other odors. The hallway smelled of weed (I think our neighbor guests should not be allowed to have that in the vicinity seeing how it is a smoke free zone?). The ceilling/walls are thin so we can hear others above and around us (and it's like none of them wanting to go to bed ever). You can see that everything is rather old, especially the shower and other amenities.
