Staff was rude. Made us move rooms because the person in the room under us said we were too loud. We had gone out to dinner and left tv on. It wasn't that loud

Breakfast was underwhelming but normal for what would be expected. Shower head did not work and it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. Rooms were also not well soundproofed.

Housekeeping didn’t come to the room for four days we had to request housekeeping to come clean our room. We constantly had to go down to get basic amenities like toilet paper towels, washcloths because they weren’t bringing any to us every single time we went down they would push back with resistance and then would only give us three towels, even though there’s four people to the room, honored the reservation. The room was disgusting. It was falling apart. The floors were all cracked. The carpet was torn up. there were stains on the bed. The toilet didn’t flush the sink and tub didn’t drain. We let them know this on our first day there they told us we had to wait till 10 AM the next day, which meant we had to go a day without being able to to use any bathrooms and then told us if we wanted to use the bathroom, we would have to go downstairs across the lot to the office building and their bathroom was not handicap accessible. My mother was in a wheelchair and who was on the trip with us. Also, they advertise having a pool but yet their pool is permanently closed, which you won’t find out until you get there.

The room smelled TERRIBLE !!!! The carpet was filthy, the kitchen was nasty. They didn’t pick up the trash, I had to call them. They didn’t give us the WiFi information upon arrival and I didn’t ask at check in because I assumed that information could be found in the room like most hotels. It was not, so I have to walk back across to the front desk. It was terrible. I also requested an early check in a week prior to my reservation and was told they could not guarantee anything before 12 noon but a room would definitely be available at noon. I arrived before noon with my baby as we had an early flight and no room was available which was fine because I knew there was no guarantee. However, noon comes and they are telling no they can’t accommodate an early check in and a room wouldn’t be available until 3pm. If I was told that beforehand I would have made other plans.

It has a kitchen and nice size living room space.

Cleaning was not up to standard.
Our room curtains were visible dirty with stains.
The lock on window was broken in the living-room area (note our room was on the first floor).
Staff did not communicate to us that there will be work done to the plumbing during our stay.
One of my children was taking a shower in the morning when the water turned brown. It was brown water in the tub, bathroom sink, toilet and kitchen sink. When we alerted staff , they indicated they had a posted note at the check in desk. The note was taped flat on the desk and was not visibly seen. We literally had to use a purchased case of water to wash off my child and rinse out her hair.

handicap access is ok, but narrow lobby entrance and no electronic door. so can be awkward to get wheelchair through. staff, when present, do assist. also toilet seat size mismatched to bowl and low for older/disabled group. otherwise, nice sized room easy to navigate.

WOW! This place was awesome! The suite was nice, clean, big, and beautiful. Very airy. And the place was relatively quiet even though it was by Horsham Rd. There were lots of green space to walk my dog. Good variety at breakfast though! I highly recommend and will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A restful and pleasant stay!
Positives:
No complaints only compliments. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Rooms were great and very comfortable, quiet and clean. Our sink had a drip but other than that. The room was perfect. Breakfast was basic, fresh coffee through out the day. Staff were very kind. Lots of presence of staff around the property which felt great for safety reasons. The property is in a great safe location. The bed was so comfortable
