Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We refused to shower in it. There was an empty bag left in the bathroom from a previous guest. There were food crumbs on the “stove top”. Everything was very old kitchen appliances were rusty.

Sadly my house burnt down I needed to pay one night on my own and my insurance is going to pick up the rest of my stay probably for about a year because my house has to be rebuilt. I checked in as I paid for the room and I was giving my key and my paperwork I checked in and I called for a new check out I was abruptly told no not possible and I tried to explain my situation and the person on the phone with me said she did not have me even checked into my room. Now if I wasn't confused enough with my house just burning down how the hell would I have a hotel care if I'm not registered and the hotel she did not provide me with explanation all she's been said was just who I checked me and I thought I didn't know the person's name and she said okay whatever you have to be up by 11:00 I fell asleep waiting on my friend to come pick me up and I guess about 10:00 after 11:00 in the morning with having no sleep from the fire I get this bang on the door like there was a fire and I was literally thrown out on the curb. I was told I was not welcome back there and your extended stay like she couldn't even give me information she just said I'm not registered there I had a reservation I paid my money and the next day the insurance company was going to take everything over she didn't give me an opportunity to explain myself.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was disgusting. The carpets have grease stains as soon as you walk in. The room was FILTHY! I don’t honestly think it was cleaned! There were feces in the bottom of the toilet, hair on the counter and in the sink. The other hair around the backside of the toilet. The room was not vacuumed. I do not think they have a maid staff. I think it’s one matinee person. The workers were uninterested barely could have a conversation. This hotel is BEAT. I should have left. I arrived late and didn’t know the area to switch. This place should be knocked down. There are dozens of hotels in this area! DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband took photos and I will update with them.
