Negatives: Staff is rude room are nasty

Negatives: The Hallways had a bad smell/oder cigarette and weed also the pillows it wasn’t the cleanest wished they had mini refrigerator at least. The front desk lady didn’t activate our key to our door we were struggling to open it we had to go back to the front so she could activate it correctly

Negatives: Bit of a shithole

Negatives: The hotel is filthy, from the hallways that look like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks,to the gritty room floor and stained bed sheets to the hair left in the bathroom. We also did not have water in the bathroom Friday night into Saturday morning, and were unable to shower before our event. We were alternately told by staff that it was a city main break and a pipe in the hotel. For this we were compensated a whole $20. We tried to speak to a manager but were told none were available. We also received two keys for our room, only one worked, when we took them to the desk to fix it they messed both of them up and neither worked, so it was back down the disgusting hall to fix them again. They finally worked in the end. The hotel was also very loud with other guests running up and down the hall and screaming till late into the night. This all was very disappointing as we have stayed here before and had pleasant experiences.
