The room
Was clean and nice, the heater works. It had a very good smelling environment. I like the staff more because they’re very respectful and understanding

How I got accused of not paying for an extra night when I didn’t even get the email and they took the funds out my account or something wrong with the system

I was comfortable. The staff is great. I sleep like a baby. Very clean

The floors are slippery especially when you get out of the shower and I fell and hit the Bathtub now I got a big bruise on the side of my thigh.
Also I never got my complimentary breakfast. They didn't tell me where it was or where I needed to get the breakfast

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast was listed as included however, there was a printed sign saying due to covid and social distancing it was unavailable. Our refrigerator had to be turned on by a switch and wobbled in the stand. We spent some time trying to figure out where the cord was for the fridge as it was vital to our stay for some personal medical items to be refrigerated.

I tell you that Covid 19 is been used as an excused to give us breakfast! I called the receptionist 2/26/2023 aruound 8:30-9:00 am to ask about breakfast and he said that the decision to not give breakfast coming from main office, I told him that that was not nice to use Covid as an excuse! He replied; "Whatever". Other hotels are giving breakfast!!!!

Breakfast like it was offered before covid 19, room 334 has horrible patches on ceiling, toilet was running all nite long!!!!! bed sheets has cigarret burn on it.
