It was 4 days stay....

We liked the breakfast the 1st day . Close to our destination Staff was friendly

The breakfast the 2nd day they did not have any eggs. My husband & several other guests asked about it one man even asked them if they could make some. I booked our stay late so I had to get a hotel that allows pets which is fine but our room had a wet dog smell to it. My son's top cover had hair stuck in it

The first room I was given reeked of mildew, it was overpowering.
The curtains in the rooms do not shut all the way.
I found someone else’s hair clip in the shower and mildew in the tub. Made me feel poor cleaning practices. I went and got Lysol to disinfect my room after that .
No one cleaned the room the entire time I was there, there was a garbage bag set outside the door of another room for two days. My last day I finally saw the cleaning person picking it up. The cleaning practices alone , I won’t ever go to another Comfort Inn again.
The deadbolt on my room door wouldn’t lock.
The T.V. Was outdated
I came back to my room on the last day and my room smelled fine, I went to get ice and when I got back my room smelled of pot. I believe the smell came from the AC unit with someone close by or out in the hall.
The Ice machine on our floor was broken

We liked the hospatality and breakfast serve is great

The bath room lock is broke and my kids , wife felt inconfortable with issue. And for my parents we took a separate room to make sure which has the connected to the 201 - 2 queen bed room to look for kids when we are out , but the connecting lock is broke . Over all we are not ok with experence and room do need to take care of the smell as well

Requsted a roll away bed to be added to the room and received a message the hotel would acomodate.
Upon arrival the front desk gave me the roll away bed with the sheets and bedding to bring to the room and set up, I asked if they could bring it up and they said no. Not sure why it wasn't in the room upon arrival when it was requested at booking.
The roll away was so worn that when you lay in it the mattress was falling between the supports

Positives:
Eating area was Cozy. Selection was par. Would have preferred bacon availability as well. Juice machine was down and they had a container of OJ next to machine. However not being stored cold and left out in the open.

AC unit did not make it to temp we like to sleep at. To be fair we sleep at 66, but it was still a bit warm in our room. Made it tough to sleep.
