Positives:
The housekeepers were incredibly kind. Blankets and pillows were soft and the shampoo and conditioner seemed to be of good quality; left my hair soft and silky.
Negatives:
Swimming pool was cold and heaters in the pool room didn't work. Our room must not have been cleaned well before us walking in, there were peanuts behind the night stand and toothpaste spit on the spicket.
Breakfast was little Debbie strudels and coffee cakes; With bread provided for toast. Coffee and a juice dispenser was grainy. Bed was uncomfortable and stiff.
The rooms air conditioner was off when we walked in, it was 82°, the room had a strange smell right from the walk in we thought it to be stagnant air. It continued to smell strange our entire stay.
Upon asking for additional towels the remark was made from a front desk clerk "there's only 4 of you how many do you actually need?" Then proceeded to recount before handing them to me.

Positives:
Great location to outlet mall. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly. Value was there for amount of time we were in the hotel.
Negatives:
Need to update furniture in rooms. Not a good look to see chips and water stains on dresser/entertainment cabinet from fridge. Need to add more sitting in rooms. Rooms are large enough to accommodate more than just two beds and an office chair.
