Negatives: Almost everything! Worst experience and customer service! So many issues. When you book and pay for a room.or ammenities you sorta expect them.to be there.

Negatives: Not really, although some of the guests will stay outside and talk late at night when people are trying to sleep

Negatives: First room we were given reeked of old smoke (the property claims to be non-smoking!) We were offered another room. At a prior stay, a housekeeper was smoking while walking through the corridor past the elevator, and the elevator was quite smoky. That same corridor also displays a prominent No smoking sign.

Negatives: Room was smelling of weed. It was dusty. The bathroom fan was too noisy. The carpets were smelling of smoke. My 3 yr old son vomited. The staff did not apologize or even offer to change room when complained. Did not refund when checked out after one night suffocating stay (planned for 3 nights). They stated that it was a contract and they do not refund if booked via third party (Booking.com). Im shocked to know that they dont have smoke censors in the rooms (learned from GM of facilities) which is considered a safety feature. New ownership does not want to refund customers for such bad hospitality.

Negatives: Sheets didn't look clean .

Negatives: Awful management, excuse was the girl was new and didn't know how to work thr system. Then she shouldn't br working alone if she's going to mess up reservation and double book. I had an 8 ye old daughter with me and we were stranded the entire night with no where to stay.

Negatives: They wouldnt let me check in to stay or give me a refund when i asked

Negatives: Bugs in bed - rowdy parking lot - hangout for local people - room had a strong musty smell!! Left room and checked out immediately!!

Negatives: Still have not received my deposit back after a month, and the staff won't do anything to fix the issue!

Negatives: Everything but location on where I needed to be.
