One of the main things when you are staying someplace and they have breakfast is that the hours are more convenient. Closing at 9 am is a little early and it should be at least until 10 am. When we arrived at a little after 8 am to have breakfast, the eggs were gone and when mentioned to an attendant, it was never replenished over the next 1/2 hour or so. This was a Friday morning. Other people arrived to the breakfast area after us and had to settle for just toast or a bagel or cereal.

Breakfast was OK. adding Home fried potatoes would have been nice and would have completed the menu. Sausage links on the menu would have been great.
Negatives:
Sofa recliner is very small and the mattress on it is very outdated in terms of modern mattresses. Could not use it for those reasons. Better mattress and wider sofa recliner should be available.

Location was ideal! Close enough to Hershey Park to enjoy the fun, hotel was located right off the exit and near tons of food, shopping and other attractions. Staff was super helpful and kind, especially the front desk and dining staff. Was grateful for strong working AC since was in the upper 80s to low 90's our entire trip!
Negatives:
First room we were put in had an ant issue, but the front desk immediately switched our room. The second room was cleaner, but the door was very hard to open and close...probably why housekeeping left our door open the entire day and night on the second day of our stay. Was happy everything was put away and no one took anything out of our room since we left early in the morning and didn't return until late into the evening. When I let the front desk know what happened, they were very apologetic which I appreciated. The pool was very small and cloudy, but my son still enjoyed his time swimming.
