I was very disappointed the other room I reserved was on separate a floor. I requested to possibly be together.
Walking up 4 flights with a bad knee & hip was a struggle.
The worst part was the elevator was OUT OF ORDER. The stairwell was like an oven…steaming out!

Overall, I am pleased with...
Positives:
The breakfast was the best I have gotten at a hotel. I had sausage gravy & biscuits, scrambled eggs, & coffee. There were other options including a fresh pancake making machine with a conveyer belt it came off from onto your plate. The room was clean, bed comfy, & AC cranked at 64 degrees when we walked in the room. It also has a Keurig machine in the room, microwave, fridge/freezer, & iron with ironing board.
Negatives:
The water pressure & temperature weren't as strong as I'm used to, but we were on the 3rd floor.

Woman working the front desk was not friendly and had an attitude. Hallways stunk of food. People were slamming doors all night and running above our room. Beds very uncomfortable.
