Positives:
It was pretty well maintained, the Zombie Halloween figure was cool. The staff were very polite. Location was good for our purposes. Close to a couple restaurants.
Negatives:
The coffee was awful. The local fire department siren woke us up both nights. The bathroom door is in need of replacement it didn't want to shut then it didn't want to open room 217. I've stayed at this facility before. I see the effort going into making it better.

Simplicity of checking in. Quickness of staff when there was an issue

Very dull and needs updated. Our room had faulty electricity and was blowing breakers between our room and another one. They had to rig up a system so our fridge and tv would work.

Across the hall from me in the middle of the night, a literal waterfall was coming from the ceiling from a burst pipe or something.
On top of that, the hotel was run down with slapdash repairs, noisy kids everywhere, a random alarm woke me up in the morning and the clerk at the front desk might have been on something.

The property is older but it seems like the management is trying to keep up with it. The management and team were very nice.
Negatives:
The strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and pretty much everywhere. Dog barking in room next door. Maybe they should have separate areas for guests with animals.
