We were there with our kids. The room we booked was not available so they gave us an upgrade for a two room unit. Everything was clean and in perfect working condition. Beds were comfortable. Couldn’t enjoy the breakfast because we slept in both days but even without breakfast, it was a very good value for the money. We had a very well deserved and needed resting time.

Limited breakfast choices during our stay - no sausages, no eggs, no pastry. Frayed carpet everywhere in all rooms.
Rug pulled up on first floor side outside entrance - the carpet lifted in corner - tripped on it coming in the side entry door and if I hadn't hit the wall I would have fallen flat on my face!! Entire hotel is very old and needs major updates - very old furniture & carpets. Bathrooms old and musty, cracked caulking, mold. Surprising for a Marriott property! Plus they charge $10 for parking each day - why? Only way to get there is to drive and then park - so just be upfront and add that to the room rate instead of hiding it! Will never stay there again.

Never saw property. 24 hours after I booked this place, I received an urgent email that my reservation was moved to another location due to extended stays at original place. I was very disappointed. New location in Horsham was very nice. BUT, the Residence Inn should not have accepted original reservation if there were no rooms. I booked a king suite. The 2nd location in Horsham only had queen suites.
