Location was great. Walkable to everything.

Poorly constructed building. Whenever a door closed, we heard a loud thud and the whole room shook. It woke us up every morning and every time we were trying to nap. If you're looking for some peace and quiet, this is not the place for you.

View of the city was awesome! Bed was comfortable, but dirty. Staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
Difficult to get food. Sundry was confusing and extra cost. Shared spaces, hallways, room were all dirty. Bedding had stains. AC was not consistent and made it difficult to sleep. We stayed for our honeymoon and received a dirty room in disrepair. Very disappointed.

We had 2 rooms a double queen and a king, both rooms were beautiful and clean. Very comfortable for our stay. We also we there for a friends birthday, we really enjoyed the games in the lobby during late night.

Positives:
Fantastic location. Very walkable, close to the market for great food options, wonderful view of city hall from the window. All the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay.
Negatives:
The air con was very loud and not that effective. The mattress was too soft for our preference but that is everyone’s personal opinion.
