Positives:
CQ Rittenhouse has a great location and parking available across the street in the garage for The Shops at Liberty Place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A great value compared to other hotels in the area.
Negatives:
Not their fault, but the loading zone in front of the hotel was taken up by city construction dumpsters. Made unloading the car more difficult as we had to find a spot further down the street to park and unload.

Positives:
The location of the hotel is perfect, right in Chestnut Street with many restaurants and bars nearby. The city hall building is 5 min walking distance. The bathroom in the room was very nicely decorated and everything was very clean.
Negatives:
Unfortunately two elevators are not enough for busy weekends in this hotel. It can take you up to 5 minutes to go down from one of the top floors.
The coffee machine in the room was not working, but that is a minor inconvenience only. Small window in the corner room was also a downside.
