Exceptional
Positives:
Nothing other than location.
Negatives:
Staff was not very accommodating. Check in was supposed to be a 3pm. We HAD dinner reservations at 5pm at an exclusive restaurant. We finally got our room at 4:48 which resulted in missing our dinner. No coffee, expresso/cap machine as advertised
Positives:
The location was super! Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Rooms were small and you could hear through the walls.
Positives:
Great location in City Center, lobby has good coffee (including lattes) and sparkling water (!).
Room was comfortable with minimum but enough comfort.
Negatives:
Elevators are very slow with only one available with many group; stairs were closed. Would be good to have stair options.
Beside the lobby staff, hard to get any other staff (to inquire amenities)

Central location in Philadelphia, close...
Positives:
Location. Staff excellent, especially Dermot who was both friendly and professional and he was super helpful. Bed linen soft. Bed comfortable.
Negatives:
Lack of tea/coffee in room. That coffee provided in lobby was cold, paper cups only. No options for food/snacks. Very basic overall.
I accept the location was excellent and staff very good but cost was disproportionately high for what was ( or what was not) provided.
