We were a fan of this place and would come again. Bed was comfy, everything was clean, the sink, microwave, and fridge were very helpful. Size is on par with most hotel rooms in the city.

Positives:
Well appointed room with small kitchenette. Comfortable bed, small chair and very nice bathroom with great shower. Great location within walking distance of subway and main areas of interest. Housekeeping and catering staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Negatives:
Two female receptionists and a couple of staff on valet parking really let the hotel down. Just a smile and a pleasant attitude would make all the difference
