Negatives: Everything - started with a receptionist who didnt know what to do. Grumpy to everyone waiting to checkin. Oh and a checkin was already done in my name! On top of that, there is a parking charge on my invoice, I didnt rent or park a car at all!

Positives: Facility was great! The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Thee room was very clean and the ambiance of the main lobby was really pretty and comfortable.

Negatives: The staff was hit or miss. The person checking us in, was nice, but it was obvious she didn't want to be there. The woman who took our breakfast ticket Sunday morning was more concerned with complaining about other guests and other co-workers with her co-worker, loud enough for all to hear. When I handed her my ticket, I got a very rough "enjoy your breakfast." Also, you have to pay for parking which was not an issue; but not noted in the booking description.

Positives: I appreciated accessible elevators, the gym had multiple types of equipment, the bar was fully stocked and we received two free drinks at check in. The elevator has a see through glass that allowed us to see the bar and atrium. The facility had plenty of parking. And everyone was nice and informative of the area.

Negatives: The pool was closed and one of the biggest reasons that we decided to stay at this facility was for the indoor pool. We were upset to find out that the pool was not operational.
