Toilet was not flushing upon arrival called the front desk for assistance and nobody came I had to find the maintenance man myself which was a huge inconvenience having 3 children with me ! Also this is the second time there was no towels in the pool area not to mention they have their air blasting so you’re wet and extremely cold on your way back to your room and only one elevator was in service !
