Negatives: The guy was at the front desk was on the phone and he had customers in line.

Negatives: There were roaches everywhere. We stayed for one night. Beds were not very comfortable and sheets and toppers had grease stains all over them.

Negatives: Smelled like cigarette smoke in the halls and bathroom.

Negatives: Dingy and unkept

Negatives: The bathroom and kitchen were old and run down. I had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes because it wasn’t clean. The room was on the first floor near the lobby and it was very loud. I asked for another room but one was not available. There was a very loud argument a few doors down at 2:30am. We packed up and left at that time!

Negatives: The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The floor was not clean. The walls were dirty and stained. The furniture Wass old, drawers would not close. There was no shuttle available. When I called for a taxi, I could not get any because the trip would be too short for them. It is not possible to walk to the airport.

Negatives: The real: • While indeed the rooms (two different ones – on first floor and third floor, pre and post stay) were indeed CLEAN…. They are in heavy disrepair • Rooms (other than above mentioned mattress/bed) are very old and very rundown • We fully understand and expect that airport area hotels are typically “rougher” than others due to their high usage/turnover – this was beyond a normal high use wear and tear • Sinks and tubs were from the 90’s and very very stained (but clean?) • We did not use the kitchenette but again, also from the 90’s (the microwaves appeared newer) • Bathroom door in 3rd floor room did not shut • All hallways smelled like this used to be a heavy smoking property and the carpets have never been replaced (that “casino” smell) • Pre-vacation check in was super quick and easy, no parking fees, no extra paperwork • Post-vacation check in (around 12:30am) was quite a bit more involved with additional paperwork to be completed and we were also charged $12 to park for about 7 or 8 hours (we were not charged this at all previously) • SAFETY ISSUE - Around 9am someone tried to badge into our room (3rd floor) without knocking or identifying themselves, thankfully we had the latch on, or they would have walked right in. Unsure who this was?? We looked into the hall and saw a young man with a backpack walking away. Whoever this was clearly had a master key and attempted to enter our room. There was no housekeeping cart.

Negatives: Dirty sticky room when arriving the lady at front desk was nice But when over night guy came in very rude breakfast bar was not open at time said 1 hour late very dirty room door did not lock properly had to put stand in front of to feel lil safer

Negatives: The only thing we missed breakfast 5 days out of the 6 days we stay. It’s hard to wake up early if you are on vacation. I think the breakfast should be at least to 11:00, but I enjoyed the breakfast.
