I stayed on room 234 and the room was very dirty, it looked like no one had cleaned it. It smelled bad, like dust.
The bathroom had broken cabinets and roaches. The kitchen did not have any utensils.

The only thing i liked was it was close to the wells fargo arena

There were roaches,no hot water,clogged bathroom sink and the drawers were all broke on the dressers and was even missing a drawer.it was suppose to be a suite it was no where what a suite should have been like i stay in suites all the time and this has to be the worst ever! I checked out at 5am thats how bad it was

The location. The price would have been better if the facility was better.

The room was dingy, dirty and the tub was either dirty or extremely stained as if it had just been used. There were different hairs everywhere on the counter and mostly on th towels that are supposed to be clean. I got moved to another room that was just as bad. But only after I was asked several times whether I or my family had taken a shower... from the same man that just checked us in minutes prior. They charge for outdoor, unsecured parking... as a separate fee, the security "hold" was a separate transaction that could not be applied to checkout... making it a charge,NOT a hold and you pay for the reservation at check in, so god forbid you wanted to stay another night, you'd have to make another transaction! The lobby was not inviting and it echoed. Being on the first floor, we heard anyone who was talking.
