Positives: Only Location near Airport.

Negatives: There is no reception staff available at night if needed. No emergency contact number is displayed/given when staff is not around. Nobody answers the phone at night. The phone didn't work in the room. Every time I went down to the reception to speak to the staff. No internet worked. No breakfast provided, just coffee. All employees could not solve problems when notified. Overall the services were very bad. Facilities are not available as stated in the booking. Please avoid this type of hotels next time. Really worst to stay in this hotel... I wasted my 1 night rental and did check out the next day instead of staying 2 nights I only stayed 1 night with many difficulties.

Negatives: The receptionist that checked me in charged me twice had me waiting 2 hrs to get checked in she said systems was down then she was never at the desk had to keep calling her name she was sleep in the back the key to my room didn’t work had to go back down to get another key and push the door hard cuz it wouldn’t open

Negatives: My first room the door was open and room was dirty. Told the front desk and they moved us to another room. This room was a little better but the smoke detector kept beeping loudly. Ended up having to move to a 3rd room! This room was ok. It was still very much a let down from what I was expecting though. Front desk did nothing for the inconvenience with not be returning.
