Clean room. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. Walk to Reading Terminal. Most of the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful when we checked in. There was no luggage cart available. They only had one for the entire hotel and they didn’t know where it was. They didn’t have enough bedding for the sofa bed, no pillow. Sheets on queen beds were too small. The body wash was broken off the wall. The parking was $40 per day.

It’s located in a beautiful part of town

It cost 40$ to stay the night because street parking is hard to find and all the directions from Hilton tell you to stay in their parking garage. That sounds great but they don’t validate parking so your stuck with at least a 40$ parking fee for staying at the hotel. Pretty disappointing considering the rooms are not cheap to begin with.
