The experience was great. The staff was wonderful.. The location was convenient to everything.
Negatives:
The parking was a bit pricey and I think there should be a discount there or it should be evaluated because thank hicked up the price alot and will make me determine if I will stay there again, even though the service was great!

The construction around the parking garage. When we left the construction workers pushed us through. Couldn't pay and couldn't find the key drop.

Great location and room, wonderful view
Positives:
I went to a nightclub to celebrate an event, so I wanted to stay at a nice hotel and I usually pick a Hilton.
Overall, my experience was very pleasant. The hotel is in a great area with beautiful views of the city and water (depending on the room), and it’s easy to access nearby attractions via Uber or on foot. The surrounding area is also enjoyable for walking and sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They went out of their way to find me a nicer room, which was even better than my original booking—a thoughtful gesture I really appreciated.
The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with clean linens, plenty of towels, and everything in order.
Breakfast was good, and the on-site coffee shop met expectations with quality coffee and efficient service. Parking on the property was convenient, and the elevators were clean and reliable.
The hotel’s décor, particularly in the lobby, is very appealing and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a lovely property.
Overall a nice stay.
Negatives:
Parking:
While parking was conveniently located on-site, the nightly parking fee felt quite high for a one-night stay. For guests planning a longer visit, this could become a deciding factor. Additionally, the payment process was a bit confusing — the charge appeared on my bill before checkout, yet I still needed to call for assistance to exit the parking deck since I didn’t have a ticket. It might be helpful to clarify the parking procedure upon check-in, especially for guests who may need to come and go during their stay.
Third-Party Booking Coordination:
When booking through a third-party site (in my case, Booking.com), there seemed to be some confusion at check-in. The system didn’t clearly show that my stay was prepaid, and staff initially attempted to charge me again. Additionally, the $50 property credit advertised through the booking site wasn’t recognized by the hotel team. This is a booking.com issue as the additional incentive was not clearly defined.
Pool:
The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, but the water depth is quite shallow — better suited for lounging than swimming. This isn’t necessarily a flaw, but something to note for guests who enjoy doing laps.
In-Room Amenities:
There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. For the price point, it would be nice to have at least a small supply of drinking water available, especially since the coffee maker was provided but without an obvious water source.
