Disappointing
Positives:
Staff was great. Room was just as advertised. Breakfast was a nice touch and breakfast staff worked tirelessly and nothing was ever empty. Desk staff was great, everyone was polite and happy. Overall a good experience. This was our second time at this property and we would not hesitate to return to this hotel during our next Philadelphia visit.

The Reading Terminal Market in...

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The beds are old and uncomfortable. The sheet were threadbare, and the towels were rough and old! Some were falling apart. We were there for three nights and never had a hot shower. The water was always just slightly warm. The housekeeper told us that they don't provide hair conditioner in the rooms, and that if we needed it, we had to get it from the front desk.The worst part of our stay was the noisy music that was continually playing outside across the street between 10 AM till 7:00 PM. Our room was on the 9th floor and we could barely hear our television due to the continual music!
