Positives:
Location was amazing, just outside the convention center, where I was attending a work event.
Negatives:
Lots of small issues of disrepair. Hot water in the shower was hit or miss. By far the worst issue was the totally worn out mattress. We did not sleep well and our backs were wrecked. After 3 nights we asked to be moved to a different room. The hotel did accommodate us, and the new room had a somewhat better mattress, but it was still another old mattress that needed to be replaced.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was good. The gym was also good.

I found the room to be very basic for the price we paid. The breakfast was also pretty basic.

Nice location, rooms were clean, staff seemed helpful.
Negatives:
By European standards the breakfast was bad. The beds and pillows should have been replaced propably a couple of years ago. The room was noisy due to air conditioning unit in the room and the units for the whole building were located under our window.

The location is 2nd to none. Central and close to everything. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped although most have a poor view. Most staff are excellent especially Matthew on front desk who was polite super helpful and very professional. Went to Maggianos Italian downstairs was great.

TV remote and set up was poor.
