The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the parking location and validation system were good and ran smoothly. The shower was very good. The location was excellent for the surgery center.
Negatives:
The mattress was very uncomfortable (lumpy, sunken like it needed to be replaced) which was difficult because I was in Philadelphia for a surgery and needed to be comfortable post-procedure. That made it difficult. Pillows were worn and in short supply. Room was too warm and changing the thermostat did not change the temperature. Breakfast was below average - coffee ran out, bagels ran out, butter empty, and sausage/eggs were not warm.

I really like a staff whom checked us into the hotel

The person who checked us out of hotel. Due to a personal emergency issue, i spoke to the supervisor on duty if i can possibly check out a day early, which was ok since she agreed. However when it came to talk to the rep on booking.com and getting word back to me from this supervisor, there were none.
I wish that person could have communicated a bit more so all transactions could have been smooth.
