It was a nice room with a nice sized kitchen. The cleaning staff unlocked our doors and entered while we were in there which was a little awkward. The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good! My only complaint is the elevator!!! It’s terrifying and makes a horrible noise!

The breakfast was fantastic. The fruit was nice and sweet, the kitchen was very clean, everything you needed was there. Very little noise and the front desk welcomed my sister and I. They were excellent.
Negatives:
There was two elevators, one wasn't working, but that was find. We were on the 6 floor. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS N.

The shower we definitely highlight. Our room was missing a tv remote so they brought us one up immediately. Pretty clean for the most part. The manager was very helpful and had a very good attitude towards guests and made me feel welcome.
Negatives:
The pillows are absolutely horrible and very uncomfortable, bring your own. The elevator is a bit outdated and makes a god awful sound on each floor. Check in process was a bit challenging. They tried to tell me I hadnt already paid for my room, and ended up having to pay a $50 security deposit twice. Granted, its refundable, but I wasnt expecting it.
