They overbook the rooms.I didn’t get the room I booked because it “wasn’t available” even though I booked a month ahead of time.The manager told me on the day of after check in time.There were no accommodations made for the inconvenience.

Location was convenient. The rooms were spacious and had a decent layout. Breakfast had good variety. The pool was small but the kids enjoyed it nonetheless

Our first night we were given keys to a room that was occupied. We walked in on someone in their room.
Staff was nice and helpful and gave us a smaller room for the night then moved us the next day to the room we booked. They didn't charge us for the first night which I appreciated. The next day we went to a room but it had water leaking through the wall (possibly from the rain) and they moved us again to another room. The room we stayed the second night in was on a lower floor and lacked the views we had on the upper floors where our original stay was supposed to be.
Also, no parking lot for the facility but were able to park on the streets. Overall too the price is too high for the quality of the facilities but the staff was fantastic
