Great location. Friendly reception desk.
Negatives:
Dirty elevator. Dirty, faded old carpets in the halls. Dirty and marked hallway walls. Poor shower stream. Small TV. TV slow to respond to remote. Bed not made well. Mirroered nightstand was smudged. Valet inattentive and slow at check-in. No doorman out front to help. Slow valet to bring car at check out. No mini-bar in room w no snacks. The only thing available in the room was a $10 water.

Reserved and paid through booking.com and the hotel charged me as well. It has been a week and they still have not removed the double charges.
I arrived late with a small child and staff did not assist with opening doors to help. Instead they were on their cell phones. The shower with bathtub is very dangerous as you could easily slip in shower and hit your head on the bathtub. Food in the restaurant has horrible ratings so I did not dare to try a 20$ plate that is cold/distasteful. I can hear discussions from the street at night, music from cars, and the people staying in their rooms near me.

We reserved three rooms. During our stay, in the 3 rooms, cleaning was not done for one day.
We discovered it at the end of the day.
We complained at reception.
No one cleaned the room because it was too late.
We asked for a financial gift at reception and they told us we had to contact booking.com for a financial gift.
And booking.com tells me that this must be the hotel.
So I give the hotel a bad rating.
Please also clean under the beds... Lots of dust!
