Very pretty and nice rooms
Negatives:
The air conditioning was broken and it was 58 degrees the whole night. We did not arrive until late so did not notice the issue until the middle of the night. Was not able to be fixed until 7:30 in the morning. When checking out was only comped $30. Would have expected the night to have been fully comped.

The BEST part is the STAFF!!! I have never been greeted with such joyful, positive regard. Very much influenced the mood of my stay.
Loved the wine hour and popcorn.
Our included breakfasts were FABULOUS, delicious and generous!
Loved that they had umbrellas for us on a rainy day!!!
Negatives:
In our room, Ok, the hook in the bathroom for a robe was unreachable. Near the door would have been helpful. There were no robes, even tho I requested one.
There is a ‘nursing home’ smell on the 16th floor when getting off the elevator. A lot of baking soda in the vacuum cleaner or some Farnese might help. This smell DID NOT leak into our room.
The daily ‘Guest Amenity Fee’ was a surprise. It worked out ok
