Positives:
The hotel was very close to everything that you could possibly visit. Even the museum of art was only 15 minutes by bus. The room was very clean, but it did bother me that something like water was so expensive to buy. That said, there is a CVS close by where you can buy your own water 1 block over. The staff was also excellent! Everyone was very helpful, friendly and they did their best to make my stay wonderful. For e.g. when I arrived a bit earlier from my flight, my room was already ready for me.

Extremely disappointed with my stay for the price required to pay to stay. When you’re paying around $500+ a night for a room, you expect it to be up to date/modern, some included amenities, and most importantly CLEAN! Tub and shower curtain were dirty. Toiletries look like they hadn’t been swapped out in a year. No microwave! Black markings on the walls, baseboards, doorframes. If I requested something for the room, it took SO long to arrive. There was even, what appeared to be a blood stain on my pillow. Property needs a restoration/renovation, for the price point. Coffee pot was dirty as well, had to brew/flush 5 times to get somewhat clear water. Valet parking was terrible, not convenient at all and was a pain to retrieve anything from my vehicle.
