I booked online, drove 12 hours from out of state and they gave my room away to someone else.. I’m handicapped and plan all my trips, and they did not care. Place was also filled with sex workers and drug dealers, I’m happy I couldn’t stay.

The only thing that I enjoyed about the property was the customer service that was given to me at the time of my check-in.

The fact that the room that I was originally put in was extremely dirty. It didn’t look like it was cleaned at all there was stuff built on the floor. In which I do have pictures of. When I went to check out Sunday morning the woman at the front desk acknowledged not one bit of the fact that I was standing there so after several minutes of just standing there I finally said excuse me. She was not attentive nor was she paying attention

The price was right. I didn't know why until we got there. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was the best thing this place had to offer. All I need from a motel/hotel is a bed and a shower. I got that but really nothing else.

The area was sketchy, kind of industrial. The one vending machine was outrageously priced. Nearest place to eat was more than a half mile walk along a frontage road. Nearest convenience store was a mile walk.
