Positives: The hotel locate at the center of Philadelphia, easy to travel around with train and bus. Just 5 minutes walk to the Septa train station and the bus station just 2 minutes walk. Dun worry of foods, u can go to reading terminal market to get your food, it is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I had 5 nights stay in the hotel, room is clean, comfortable bed and pillows. They clean the room every others day. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Just a small problem of the hotel, the USB port is not function.

Positives: The location of this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are typical of a hotel of this kind—cookie cutter—but had all the amenities, including a microwave to my considerable surprise. The best part was the view of City hall from my window. It was stunning, and I was high enough to see a lot of the stonework detail closely.

Negatives: The Google maps location shows the property in the middle of a parking lot. To add to the utter confusion, there is another Marriott (swankier one) close by. The free breakfast buffet is terrible with absolutely zero healthy options. The rooms are cleaned every alternate day. The bathroom door was a weird accordion-style affair which refused to shut properly.

Positives: Common areas were nice.

Negatives: I was not told upon check in that housekeeping came every 2 days. On my first day, I found this out and asked for towels (as mine were on the floor wiating for housekeeping) and for toiletries which were not in the room from the beginning. I was there for four days and housekeeping never came. With only 2 paper cups in the room, it was difficult to manage supplies for coffee or anything else. Also, the room was somewhat dated and felt cheap.
