The room was not clean. Dust fingerprints on all the furniture. I found two sexy toys on the floor. The heating and air unit was very loud, and the plumbing system pipes made noise every time some onetook. A shower.

The location is great. The space was comfortable.
Negatives:
The food options were convenient but I would have been nice to have a restaurant menu in the room. The alcohol selection was subpar. The pillows were paper thin. My husband tried to tie it in a knot. My washcloth was also thin. So much so that it had a hole in it. If you’re going to have glass elevators, you need to also clean them so that it looks good along with the brass accents. The squawk box at the exit to speak into for departure needs repair as well.
