Great location and housekeeping was amazingly efficient, accommodating and friendly, especially Camela, netta and Tanya. Gym was pretty good too. Many front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Great lobby, coffee shop and 2 restaurants. Large and comfortable rooms.
Negatives:
Many front desk people had poor social skills eg no hellos or smiles. Lobby and hallways were freezing all the time.

the hotel was beautiful and well maintained, the cleaning staff was very helpful
Negatives:
don't really like the added "resort" fee...they said it paid for water bottles in the room (please start using cans instead of plastic) and the in-room coffee as well as a $10 credit at the "hotel store."

The large closet and loved the bathroom with a tub!

TV was damaged. Light in fridge can be seen all night. The bathroom toilet was very loud. NO GLASSES in the room?! It is very unusual for a hotel not to have any glassware for guests.
