The valet parking was $60 dollars and was not disclosed. Obviously valet parking would have a fee, but if disclosed it was that much ($50 plus $12 parking tax) I would have made other plans. It decreases the value of the stay for me.

Staff service. The staff was not nice, although the facilities were awesome. It just did not match the money I paid, the expectations I had, the reasons I chose, and the fancy facilities it has.

Location was excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were comfortable. The free coffee is Starbucks, so that was a nice perk.
Negatives:
One elevator from the entrance to the lobby, then across the lobby to a second elevator to the rooms. It had the impersonal feel of a big city hotel, which is what it was.
