First night was superb. Second might the valet was delayed and we arrived late to pick up our children. Requests at the front desk for towels and pillows were not processed. The Restaurant was closed and room service for breakfast was delivered 45 minutes late. Each request required several phone calls. Very poor service.

Robes in the room were nice

Had to pay $13 a day for wifi, which is pretty unforgivable given this is not a cheap hotel
The pool area was very small and the pool water was too hot!!!! Not refreshing in a hot day!
