The card keys to our hotel room kept failing to work. It was almost like the card was for one-time usage, which is obviously not what it's supposed to be. It was so annoying having to repeatedly call the reception for a new key card every time we went back to the room. We stayed there for three nights and we had to get a new one 8 TIMES. UGH

Dirty, outdated rooms. The walls are paper thin - I could hear everything my neighbors were doing… Female front desk staff is really rude, on the other hand male front desk staff is helpful and polite.

The hotel is well situated in downtown Philly and we liked the feel of the lobby. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. They have a nice restaurant right next door.
Negatives:
We had asked for a room situated on a higher floor when booking and upon arrival we got a 4th floor room with a view towards a rundown empty space.
There is no breakfast room (can’t purchase breakfast with room) but they do have a cafe on the premises.
The AC was impossibly loud and we had no recourse other than to shut it off during the night.
The room and bathroom were for the most part clean (curtains were dusty, carpet around bed was not properly vacuumed). The room seemed somewhat old in terms of furnishings, it was clear some renovation was needed.
