Positives:
The lobby area is nice as well as the corridors. The guy that stored my luggage post checkout was very friendly and the lady behind the register that helped me spend my credit in the gift shop was also really polite and helpful.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the room. I had stains on the bedsheets and towels, there were hairs in the bathroom in multiple places, there were pee stains on the toilet seat, the room had a lot of dust on the surfaces. My room was only cleaned once over my 5 night stay (they actually did a pretty good job, but it was done the day before I left). I’m not actually sure it was cleaned between me and the previous guest.

Location was great. Lobby was very nice.
Negatives:
Room was a major disappointment. Very generic, peeling paint, rusty sink legs (it's supposed to be distressed!?) Slow-draining shower. Charges for in-room coffee and water and additional $20 lobby "gift shop fee" for supermrkt snacks/drinks-A rip off.
