Negatives: I got charged twice once I got there they said it’s hard to get my money back from third party so I had to pay again just for the one night stay which cost me $1,254 altogether

Negatives: Nothing.

Negatives: The only thing I didn’t like was upon check in I was a day late because I had two bookings. I went to the other hotel and I wasn’t happy with there so I came to the W, but I showed up a day late and I ended up getting charged more money and it was a struggle to get it settled. I was content in the end but not happy because one of the concierge women who was very nice. She told me she was able to refund the first night in the amount of $441… and use the rest of the weekends same reservation but something happened where that was taken away after she told me she had the ability and would refund that first night. So anytime you go from saving $400 to having to pay it when you didn’t use it after you were told that they could refund it was a little bit of a buzzkill. Basically it seemed like due to booking.com application and me using the third-party app to book my room, results in hotel concierge don’t have much control over revisions on reservations. So it makes it difficult and the concierge just doesn’t know what to do in those situations. I think that should be retooled where revisions can be made to booking reservations by concierge at the hotel you’re staying at. Oh also, I paid for a corner room that was on the floor above, but they gave that room away and I ended up getting a floor underneath and not a corner room which that I was kind of unhappy about Still it was a beautiful view, but I paid for a corner Room.

Negatives: The overall cost and the parking fee. I think parking should be complimentary as well as breakfast.

Negatives: I enjoyed everything- the valet parking is expensive
