Residence Inn housekeeping cleaning standards were subpar. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms and remember that details matter. For example: our room had a moldy shower liner, sofa with spots (as if something was spilled and never cleaned/treated), dust on the frame of the sofa bed (visible as soon as I removed the cushions), and straight hair on bathroom floor and shelves (everyone in my family has curly hair).

The pullout sofa was broken and when we did get it pulled out it would not lie flat, it also did not come with enough bedding. The room was very small for a sofa bed and king, there was large table that really had nowhere to go when the bed was opened. Cramped and uncomfortable for three people.
