The location was good.
Negatives:
I had no heat and no working toilet. When I contacted staff about each, they made excuses about being busy and no maintenance being available. Late when I filed a complaint, they outright lied about the conditions I endured!

WORTH THE PRICE, WORTH THE STAY!
Positives:
Property is close to pottstown town center. Across the street is plenty of food and there is a Walmart. Convenient if you forget something or need a late night snack. The property is located behind a strip mall off the main road so it is secluded and has plenty of parking space

It could be cleaner. The beds were advertised as queen beds but upon arrival they looked more like full size beds

They had disabled , drug addicts, and homeless ppl staying there. They were clearly put there do to homelessness. But not a good look to travelers looking for a safe clean place.

No extra fees! Great location!

The room was spotless. The motel is not fancy, but flooring, furnishings, and bathroom had all been updated. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful

My room was freezing and the temp controls were difficult to manage. One of the front desk team came up and set it for me, so although it was a bit of a problem, it was very promptly resolved.
