Ice machines were all broken. The room was too hot. No ceiling fan or any fans. Hard to sleep. On vacation it's not easy to get down to breakfast before 9 am. The shower head was horrible and the toilet handle was broken.

Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent……close to highways, shopping and restaurants. Staff is professional and accommodating. Pool area is well maintained. I would suggest that those who have walking challenges request rooms close to the elevator as hallways are very long.
Negatives:
We have been going to this location for years. We love that there is a separate room for kitchen and living room. The hotel rooms need a sprucing up. Everything is looking a little dull. I wish there was an option for walk in shower and two beds. Seniors often need separate beds and the safety of a walk in shower.

More than one days worth of dishwasher detergent. Had to leave dirty dishes in the sink because we used the one pack. Should be enough for each day the person is staying.
Extend the breakfast hour. Went down just before 9 and most was empty.

The large bathroom and kitchenette are very nice. The handicap shower was very comfortable. We liked that there was an outdoor pool and a fitness gym. I like that there are so many convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance.

The breakfast was fair. We were also told there was an indoor and an outdoor pool when there was only an outdoor pool
