The animal smell was very strong. I love pets but it was obvious when you opened door this room had had many animals. I wish they had had a way for it not to be so dominate or use certain rooms for people and their pets and others that don’t have pets.

Unfortunately, Our room was not clean. We found a mostly empty bottle of kettle one vodka on floor. Coins on table. Clearly nor vacuumed or wiped down. There wasnt a comparable room to switch to so I requested our room be vacuumed and wiped down which was done. Other than this nice hotel.

The staff was rude and not helpful. We were there for a wedding and the mother of the bride got locked out of her room. The night guy wasn’t kind, or informative and extremely sarcastic. For all the money that was spent just wished for a better experience
