Negatives: The bed was way too uncomfortable. The side my wife slept on, she could feel the springs coming through the mattress. There was also a dip in the middle of the mattress that made lying on it somewhat difficult.

Negatives: when I asked for extra towels, room service wanted my dirty ones for exchange, I said No I want extra, my towels hadn’t been even used then, so wasn’t given any extra towels. Our first night we kept hearing a banging noise, we step outside our room and there were a group of people about 6 or 7, walking on our level 2 doors down from ours, while they were walking in this room 3 or 4 people were walking out, and took off, then another man step outside and was starting at us almost attempting to intimidate us to go back to our room, the situation was really sketchy, pretty positive was drug deals occurring. when we entered our room the door had 2 huge dents in it like it was broken into at one point, we were not given a fresh roll of toilet paper we’re given 2 half used ones, attempted to call the front desk but the room phone did not work, it was plugged in but no dial tone, no service at all
