Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
There was a kitchen and large fridge.
Negatives:
There was a large toe nail, a shoe, sprite bottle, chip bag ,and a fork under the bed. Also the shower was dirty . Also wifi was not working properly. I complained to staff and she was rude and there was no other rooms available.

The location was central to my friend who I was visiting and many restaurants.

I had a family with a child in the room above me. The child didn't quite understand quiet time and was running back and forth until 11:30pm. Families with children should be on the ground floor.

The location and price was reasonable for the area. We had a serious issue with our room and left almost immediately after checking in. Although I booked the room with a no refund policy, the staff members were accommodating and agreed to a full refund.

The room was dated,dingy and didn't seem to be properly cleaned. We found cowtails candy under the bed and bugs in the bed!The room was extremely hot when we entered so I'm not sure if that was their attempt to kill the bugs but it didn't work.

Very clean spacious room. I was visiting my brother and wanted an inexpensive, but decent place to stay. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room but was impressed with cleanliness, enormous bathroom, everything in order, friendly staff. Even a full sized refrigerator and a stove, plus they provide cookware and utensils if you want to cook. I could have made pancakes and scrambled up some eggs if I had wanted. I guess it is for extended stays, though I just needed a place for a couple nights.

Our toilet didnt work in the first room they switched our room. There were no blankets in the facility at all. I froze all night didnt sleep. the front desk did not seem happy about switching us. I had to pay for an upgraded from one bed to two . And when booking a room, it was more money to have the continental breakfast, which it came with the room anyway, in the continental breakfast actually was not. anything to write home about you didnt even get bread or bagels.
