The location was perfect for our needs.
Negatives:
There were extensive building works being carried out. We were informed beforehand that they were working on pool area but the whole ground floor was worksite with pneumatic drills and wet floors. I have mobility issues and susceptible to falling and had I known of the amount of work being carried out I would have looked for somewhere else

Location great hotel disappointing
Negatives:
Pool was closed after I checked website and then stayed closed past my new booking date. Booking.com never contacted the hotel so after 2 months I ended up going to the Hampton Inn with a room that now wasn’t available. The staff at the hotel did what they could to make it right. I ended up from a king suite to a basic bedroom. Not happy to say the least

It was very clean & the beds are very comfortable
Negatives:
Due to remodeling, the handicap spots were blocked. My husband is disabled, however it ended up not being a huge problem for us because whenever we were leaving or arriving back at the hotel, we just dropped him off at the front door.
